Microsoft Forms - Options Tick Box's

Hi guys

I am hoping someone can help me, I am trying to set up a question that has all the options already pre-ticked (all selected) so the user can simply un tick the ones they do not want to include, if that makes sense?

Any pointers would be amazing!

@Ceri589 sorry, it's not possible in Forms.
