Microsoft Form Wont Load

Hello,

 

We had sent out a form via email to customers a couple of months ago and just went on to access the data but it is saying the form doesn't exist. The form was originally created by a staff member who shared it with another who shared it with myself.

 

When clicking on the form through my history, it comes up to say "Sorry, something went wrong. This form doesn't exist." and when opening the technical details, it shows "Session id: 71f4e965-3fb5-482b-88da-1bc025abbdf2, Correlation id: 4b4f33b6-7b16-44b3-8fc7-77fb3538e948".

 

Please can you help get this data back? There were 200-300 responses when I last checked a few weeks ago.
