Microsoft Form issue

I am facing issues with Microsoft Forms. I have sent an Quiz form for the training participants and they are not able to access the link. They get the below error, though I have selected option “Only people in my organization can respond”Also, while creating the Quiz, the “correct answer” tick mark also was not visible.
