We are having a bot integrated with MS Teams application. Currently, we are sending the notification with adaptive card for all users. We are using the Azure webjobs
to schedule the job with exe file. While running the job in Azure Webjobs, some of the users are not getting the notifications. But when we run the same code(.net) in my local system all users
were able to receive the notification.
Could you please suggest how to resolve this issue?
