Two questions specific to forms:

  1. Is there a way to create a matrix type question in forms? I would like to list features in a column on the left and the row at the top goes from very comfortable to very uncomfortable. Respondents would then be able to choose their comfort for a list of features instead of putting each feature in a new question, thus making the form very long.
  2. Can I just add a line of text to explain something?

Thanks so much - Leta

Microsoft completed this in December of 2017. See this link: Add Matrix/Rating/ Likert Scale question type
