Locking a Question?
Hello all!
Does anyone know how to lock one question to some users? I am trying to create a FORM to send to staff but want to keep one question of the FORM where I can take notes. Am I able to create, let's just say a 5 question FORM, with question 5 ONLY ACCESSIBLE TO ME?
