Likert Branching

Hi,

 

I'm using Forms for CSAT and I was wondering if there's an if-then logic for the likert, (ex. if likert is answered disagree, then next question Text Why). I tried branching but it's show for what ever I select

    Rashid Ali it's not possible; you can only branch from the whole likert question, not from options selected in the statements.
