Forms Responses To Word File

Hi All,

I am using Forms in Teams to gather service reports from my engineers. I would like to get the Forms responses back as a word document or PDF template that I could quickly send off to a customer. Has anyone figured out an easy way to do this? Right now I have to go to the Forms app, download the excel sheet and then copy/paste cell data into another document. 

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I'm fairly certain you can do this with Microsoft Flow, I've formatted email notifications of submissions to my liking in it.
