Forms Pro Survey

Creating a likert scale question with 10 points plus 1 for don't know.  When I make option 1 Not at all satisfied, option 10 Completely satisfied and option 11 Don't know - there isn't enough space.  When the question is previewed due to insufficient space some words are split into two words (on different rows).  Don't appear to be able to change font size on likert scale questions.
