Forms not working in Firefox

For the past few weeks, we've been having trouble with Forms in Firefox. It loads but when we attempt to add a question, we get the "something went wrong" error screen. Additionally, the embedded Forms in Steam (interactivity) don't work in Firefox. I have an open ticket for this issue, though. Anyone else having troubles with Forms in FF?
