Duplicated Forms are not visible using corporate network

Dear all

We have  problem with couple of users. We use corporate accounts Office365. When these users try to duplicate form using shared link in corporate network , they don't see the created duplicates in their Forms. When they enter forms from home, or from mobile, they see the created duplicates immediately (the duplicates, created in corporate network, so the problem is not in access to the resource). 

I'll be very grateful for any hints
