collect answer from a form

hi everyone,

i created a microsoft form from another questionnaire that i made on Excel.
So i created the form and i answer to it with the answer i collect on Excel. The problem is that all the answer are from "me". i would like to change the name of who answer like this when i analyse the data i can know who answer.
