- So, for iPads with the release of version 15, and these devices are being used as a shared device no sign in user. How can we disable the ability for the end user to add widgets and change the look of the device? How can we drop the app library off the dock? Even when adding the max number of app on the dock the app library still shows.

Hi Danea. It sounds like configuring the home screen layout within device configuration for supervised iOS/iPadOS devices will fit this scenerio: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/configuration/ios-device-features-settings#home-screen-layout. When you apply a home screen layout, it overwrites any user-defined layout. So, it's recommended to use home screen layouts on userless devices. You can have pre-existing apps installed on the device that are not included in the home screen layout configuration. These apps are shown in alphabetical order after the configured apps. Additionally, you can use the show/hide apps functionality within device configuration to hide specific apps like the App Store where users can't see or open configured apps: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/mem/intune/configuration/device-restrictions-ios#show-or-hide-apps. thank you!- There is similar to the hotel scenario she gave used at an event.
