AMA: Cross-platform endpoint management with Microsoft Endpoint Manager

So, for iPads with the release of version 15, and these devices are being used as a shared device no sign in user. How can we disable the ability for the end user to add widgets and change the look of the device? How can we drop the app library off the dock? Even when adding the max number of app on the dock the app library still shows.
