Re: No Internet Accesss issues across AVD
We're using Scaling Plans for all our environments, so I can't help there unfortunately. Interesting to know that configuring the Interface with a Static IP works for you also. Have you notified Microsoft of this? Makes me think it's a DHCP Lease issue from the Azure Backend? Appreciate the update on the DHCP Client service, will scrap that from my testing plan!

- gjone92Tin ContributorI have informed MS of this, and they got me to run some logging tool today seems to be looking more into NET NCSI more than anything this though. But I have a feeling its something to do with Azure's DHCP.
One thing I noticed last week was this issue happened on one of the VM's but that VM was not in our DC's DNS? But all the other VM's were... which seems to be a little odd. This morning i have set all NIC's of the Pools to be static also see if I get any issues this week.
Will update you if MS finds anything and anything from my further testing.- jmann3627Tin ContributorExperienced this issue again today, resolution was to configure the Network Card with a Static IP Address again which resolved it. Did notice that the Network Card had changed from 'Ethernet 2' to 'Ethernet 3' between the stages when it was working and not so I am not sure if this indicates part of the failure?
If at all possible, would you be happy to share the Microsoft Case Reference of the ticket you did raise? It would be great to share this alongside a ticket I am going to raise so internally they can see what has been done and that it's multiple environments.- gjone92Tin ContributorSame here happened to me on one VM out of 20 of them. The resolution was the exact same as yours.
On mine its Ethernet 12 and it remained to be Ethernet 12 when I did the change, so thats a weird one.
Case Reference is: #2301170050001259
Would appreciate if you share what you discover by raising a ticket.
Thanks
