Microsoft Outlook Bookings System Auto-Cancellation

Like many others on this forum, we are experiencing automatic cancellations on group bookings.

If one individual cancels the booking, everyone who has signed-up receives a cancellation email! Extremely frustrating. We need this fixed, please advise, as I've seen other reports saying that Microsoft can fix this issue for individuals who are experiencing it.
