MicrosoftLeliaBIMM apologies for the issues that you have seen recently with availability. Can you please confirm the following settings for affected services:
1. Duration
2. Time interval
3. Availability windows that are configured for the staff/service
4. Do you have a pre/post buffer added to any service?
5. Time zone of the booking page
6. Time zone for people who are trying to make a booking but not able to see slots.
Hi there,
Each staff member will have 1 or 2 hours available a week - availability varies with each staff member and service
Students book 20-minute tutorials
Don't have buffer added - not sure what this is?
Time Zone: Dublin for both
