Every time I try to add a service in Microsoft Bookings when I press save it gives me this error message. "Access is denied. Check credentials and try again. The process failed to get the correct properties."
I have received this error message even though the of the proper information is filled out in the service that I am trying to create. I then proceeded to create a new customer and I received this error message. "Something went wrong. The format of the file isn't correct. Please be sure that the file was exported in the Outlook CSV format." Any help is appreciated!!
