Managing multiple rooms & multiple people

We would like to use Microsoft Bookings for scheduling interviews. 

 

Each interview would require a booking of two members of staff and a meeting room. We have two meeting rooms and 6 members of staff, it wouldn't matter which two members of staff and which meeting room was booked. 

 

We would like the meeting room availability and the staff members availability to be considered and the available times to be presented to the individual so they can choose a time slot for their interview.

 

What would be the best way to do this?
