Custom fields

I have added custom fields to one of my services. I tested it out, when the account is being created it is showing up on the appoint creation. But when I go to the appointment after it’s been created the information does not show up. I am not sure why it’s not, on a q&a list it said it would show up when viewing the appointment.

I would also love to know about this. Google Calendar is much more user friendly when it comes to displaying information so I'm having a difficult time switching from it to Bookings.
