Confirmation emails not coming through...

Confirmation emails are only being received by work email addresses and not personal email addresses. 

 

These are the confirmation emails for customers who are booking appointments.  We are receiving the confirmations to the email address that the ''business'' is set up with on MS Bookings.

Did you check using the message trace tool if there is any failed attempt to send the email to the customer? My guess is that the confirmation email was generated, but the delivery to the customer failed and you might be able to see the reason in the message trace.

I have the same issue. I am not the admin to O365, I am only admin of the bookings page I created. How can a non 0365 admin trace ?
I have the same issue and also not a global admin - does anyone know what the resolution was here?
