Book event without choosing time

I use Bookings as a registration for example fire education or Christmas party for our company. I wonder if it would be possible to set the event to one full day instead of for example 30 minutes so it doesn't look like the events ends after short time. And more important that they don't have to choose time when booking the event, just the date. When I set up the fore education I noticed many forgot to choose the time and then the there was no booking made. 

Other solution would be if it was possible to make the Book-button unclickable until you have chosen both date and time.
