When a booking is created on the booking page by a customer, which in turn created an email id such as "email@example.com".
firstname.lastname@example.org should receive an email from itself for any of the booking created/rescheduled/cancelled.
We did add "send customer replies to" on Booking information page which enables auto forwarding from email@example.com to the email mentioned on Send customer replies to.
Issue is, when booking is created, the customer and staff gets the email from firstname.lastname@example.org but not to itself as a notification.
When we create a new booking page, which sets a new emailID. Everything is working fine and all expected emails are being received to related recipients of booking.
Any thoughts or idea on the issue resolution is appreciated.
