Printing an Arch D drawing to 8.5 x 11

Hello All, I'm new to this community.  Can someone give me step-by-step instructions for printing an Arch D drawing that is usually sent to a T120 printer - to an 8.5 x 11 PDF so I can easily distribute.  I've tried all types of combinations of page size, printer setup etc and I'm going crazy.
