Presentation Evaluation in Live Presentations in PowerPoint

I can use "Reviewing previous slides" and "Live feedback" features in Live Presentations in PowerPoint but only "Presentation feedback" feature does not work for my tenant.

Never gets a short survey at the end of presentation. So eventually the presenter never gets a email summary for the presentation.

In our tenant, Microsoft Forms is NOT activated. Perhaps that is the reason for this issue?  If so, the result of "Live feedback" cannot be seen by the presenter?
