Hi. I have a new Dell Precision 5470 using an RTX1000, 32GB, or Ram. when I try to navigate within an embedded video PPT just freezes. I have tried a few settings including setting the GPU to either integrated or discrete GPU or letting the system choose but nothing changes. Has anyone else had this issue and resolved it?
