Office Insider issues

I have been getting almost daily updates of Microsoft Office for Mac on my laptop but not on my desktop. I now believe it's because I signed up for something on my laptop that isn't on my desktop.

How can I turn off whatever is causing me to get v16.49 updates on my laptop while my desktop is currently v16.47 and not annoying me with almost daily updates?
