I am adding a narration while recording a PowerPoint show, using the version of PowerPoint in Office 365, which includes the very useful "Morph" transition. I narrate the deck in real time, changing slides as I go, then export to .mp4. The problem is that I often speak over slide transitions, and whenever the transition is anything but a straight cut, the narration audio drops out for the duration of the transition, then fades back in. This is obviously unacceptable. I have a background in film and video production and am a reasonably accomplished speaker. Having to build in an artificial pause at every slide change completely interrupts the flow of the narration, and often negates the value of the visual transition. Is there a fix for this?
