Microsoft Office Agnostic Type
Hi, anyone here knows what an Office Agnostic type of license is?
I purchased Office Home & Student 2019 and for some reason, we're not able to activate it due to it's type. Bought it in Singapore some time in July, contacted Microsoft Customer Service for assistance but they're not able to help me due to it's type. I was advised to go back to reseller to either get a replacement or refund. I need some information about this please.
