We are working on Powerpoint Web Add-in and its working perfectly fine for most of the users but few people are seeing only white screen when they load the plugin on their machine.
Few other people also reported this but when they reload the plugin, problem goes away, but for specific set of people white screen stays there forever even if they reload multiple times.
What can be the possibilities there for this white screen? Is is possible that any type of antivirus is blocking this to load on their machine?
Notes:
1) We are using Centralized deployment for the users who are facing this issue.
2) All users using this centralized deployment are not facing issues
3) We have tried turning off compatibility settings to prevent IE to go in legacy mode
4) The login URL (that is showing blank page in the addin) can be opened in a standalone IE on the same machine
