Duplicate Viva Engage Emails

I have a user who gets 4-5 of the same email updates from Viva Engage.  The title and the content are the same in every email and they get them over the course of a few days.

The user says that there is no new content.  And from what I can see the post in question that keeps popping up in emails has not been liked of commented on by the user.  The user is also not an Admin of the Wellness Engage community.
