Data refresh in UAT

Question

I am trying to do data refresh UAT from my production environment in Dynamics.

I do not have Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) and I am being redirected to this link.

I would appreciate if anyone can help. Thanks.

Please double-check your organization in user role? If nothing, you can submit a ticket to Microsoft for help.
