Researcher Tab in One Note

One of the most useful and powerful features in the researcher tab in OneNote. It does not appear to be available,  on the Android tablets. A tablets is a great tool for doing research and making notes while on the go and then exploring more on the desktop or laptop later. Why is this important feature not available on an Android  tablet and when will it be?
