Math equation

I noticed that math equation editor previously saved on other devices actually works on onenote for android.

 

I can modify and type more equation as I see fit. 

However the keyboard shortcut alt + = does not work, and I cannot find menu icon for adding equation editor. is there any reason not to add them given functinoality already supports?
