Hi All,
A user cannot access her Groups in the Outlook online version and on the Desktop version. When she clicks on a group, she gets the error message: Your request can’t be completed right now. We also tried from the New Group website, and it is the same error. Can anyone help out?

We're experiencing the same issue with all of our groups that are pinned as Favorites in Outlook (online/PWA).
Fortunately, we are able to use the Groups tab to view messages, but it is clumsy and requires users to check periodically for new mail.
Clearing our cache/cookies resulted in a new error appearing before what you've shared that didn't show up initially.
Clicking "OK" removes the pop up error message and then we see the same "Your request can't be completed right now / retry".

@brandon310 I tried another computer and it worked until I tried closing and opening the PWA app again. On that same device trying Firefox and Chrome online both failed immediately with the same error. Both browsers had not logged in to Outlook previously, no caches.
The error message has changed to this now:
App and version (Edge, Firefox, Chrome), OS (Windows 10/11), security measures (endpoint protection, content filtering, etc.), have not appeared to matter.
Given we've made no configuration changes on our end and the error messages have been changing, I'm expecting this is an internal issue that's not been acknowledged and disclosed as of yet.

@srv_btucker Agreed it was resolved for me yesterday for a while, but now it's broken again... I've reopened the ticket with microsoft support on my end. 😞
Until it's fixed, I am working on the old outlook client which works for some reason.
