Thanks for joining us today for a Microsoft 365 Insider AMA! We appreciate your questions and feedback—and look forward to continuing the discussion in the Microsoft 365 community!
Note: For those who asked a question that wasn't answered during the live event, the product team will be working over the next few days to continue answering them. - ARazsadinCopper ContributorLooking forward to seeing some updates to OneNote to include more current knowledge management features like organic bidirectional linking and visual graphs of those links, like Obsidian, Capacities, etc. Looking forward to the inclusion of Loop with OneNote too...or how Loop could replace OneNote
- jdrchBrass ContributorWill Viva Engage eventually be folded into Teams? Teams already has Viva Engage notification, reaction, comment, etc. functionality built in.
- the_catfixIron Contributorif you want a good laugh.....watch this.....https://vimeo.com/catfix/yammer?share=copy I spent days building out external yammer and then i discovered the Viva Engage message. I went nuts
- jdrchBrass ContributorI don't think I've heard about external Yammer before. Certainly never seen it implemented. Thanks for the link!
- jdrchBrass ContributorWhen will the branding of the Yammer web app switch over to Viva Engage?
- Linda_C
Microsoft
Hi Judah, Thanks for your question. You can track Yammer rebranding on the roadmap here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?featureid=117366- jdrchBrass ContributorFantastic, thanks!
- the_catfixIron Contributor
Would love to get your input on how to setup a community application like Circle. Will that be Viva Engage?
Teams external or Teams Communities would be phenomenal b/c it would replace the Yammer External network. The BIG network is in Linkedin and if you could tap that resource then were talking about next level community applications.
The same goes for newsletters and newsletter subscriptions. A new service is popping up everyday Beehiiv/Substack/Post. Jeff Tepper said on the Intrazone podcast that Sharepoint could be embeded into outlook emails and that is essentially what Beehiiv and Substack have for marketing.- jdrchBrass Contributor1st time hearing of Intrazone. TIL!
- the_catfixIron ContributorIts really good Kashman does a great job. Episode with Teper was AWESOME https://intrazone.libsyn.com/jeff-teper-is-your-copilot
- the_catfixIron ContributorWhat are you using to run this AMA on? Is this Yammer. I love this feature
- EricBBDOIron ContributorI think Yammer is a security breach. I keep getting emails from Yammer and it's people outside my institution talking about work stuff at their institution. I highly recommend not using it because what you say is essentially social media without any understanding of who you're announcing it to. If I understood how to use the report message tool in Outlook I'd report every email fro Yammer.

- the_catfixIron Contributoris this a 365 product?
- LuisNLCopper ContributorHello I'm new to the insiders world. Since my os was updated to the insiders version I got some problems with my account error AADSTS40016 which I did not anticipate. Some help will be apreciated

Microsoft
Good Morning, Reading through your response it looks like it was an OS update that caused the issue. Upon looking up the error it looks like an authentication issue with the Microsoft Authentication Library. You could try removing your device from the insider program and rebooting or submit the issue inside the Feedback Hub by just clicking in the search box and typing Feedback.- LuisNLCopper ContributorThank you Matt, will give it a try 😉
- the_catfixIron ContributorMicrosoft and Google are in a race right now for the digital office. I personally think that Microsoft will win b/c of CRM capabilities with Viva Sales and 365 Dynamics. Google doesn't have a chat or CRM. Salesforce is turning into a dumpster fire b/c they are realizing they way over paid for Slack. The BYOA (Bring Your Own Application) days are over for small businesses. Co-pilot changes everything. I need to know where I can find resources that compare 365 to Workspace. Can you point me in the right direction. I would love videos or any content.
- Al_B_inPTBrass Contributorhey John, I recently converted a client from google workspace to office 365. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions about comparing the two.

Good Morning John, Thanks for the feedback! Here is a really cool video from Microsoft Mechanics YouTube channel on How Copilot works - https://youtu.be/B2-8wrF9Okc- the_catfixIron Contributor
- Dan_TEALSK12Copper ContributorI'm very excited about all the new co-pilot capabilities announced at Build this week. My question is, are these capabilities only going to be available to Enterprise customers once they are out of preview?
- DHB-MSFT
Microsoft
There hasn’t been any public announcement on that yet. You can follow us on Twitter or LinkedIn and we’ll post Copilot relevant info when it’s available.
- Dan_TEALSK12Copper ContributorWe recently had a security incident where one of our M365 users had their account hijacked. We realized when that happened that there was no obvious way to report the incident to the M365 team. What is the recommended method for that?
