What are you using to run this AMA on? Is this Yammer. I love this feature
I think Yammer is a security breach. I keep getting emails from Yammer and it's people outside my institution talking about work stuff at their institution. I highly recommend not using it because what you say is essentially social media without any understanding of who you're announcing it to. If I understood how to use the report message tool in Outlook I'd report every email fro Yammer.
