Copilot no longer supports image uploads
Copilot is no longer allowing image uploading/uploading. Neither in web mode nor in work mode. Does anyone know if they took away the resource for good or if it is some instability?
The official documentation mentions that at least in web mode it should be supported.

i have windows enterprise 24h2 26100.2033 x86 and .2152 arm setups where i can upload files and ask questions about its contents in both consumer copilot [ copilot.microsoft.com ] web app and m365 enterprise copilot [ m365.cloud.microsoft/chat ] web app using edge or chrome browser.
can you share more details about what type of windows install, what version, what browser and what copilot web app url you are using to get your unexpected results?- MarceloPacific0Copper Contributor
I am using the following version of Windows.
Windows 11 Enterprise Edition
Version 23H2
Installed on 23/08/2024
OS Build 22631.4317
Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1041.0
Enterprise Edge Browser Version 130.0.2849.46 (Official Build) (64-bit), and I try too with Google chrome.
When trying to upload or work with images in both copilot work and copilot web I receive the error mentioned in the post, along with a link with the supported formats, which I also put in the post. I did tests on 2 accounts, 2 tenants, 2 machines, not to mention having received the negative from customers who are also going through the same problem.- myusrnBrass Contributor
MarceloPacific0 Is your issue with the supported upload file formats or that if you try and upload a file that does align with one of the supported upload file formats it fails?

- MarceloPacific0Copper ContributorFrom the tests I carried out, it is only working in the "remodeled" version of Copilot web. Authenticated with a personal, non-corporate account. Every time I try to log in with the corporate account in this redesigned copilot it is not able to process. Also, I would like to upload images in "work" mode
- Gee580Copper ContributorWhat's the corporate account? Do you mean an user for Win11 Enterprise edition? Can you UP the images?
