How to add onenote page template as a webpart on a SharePoint online site page

I have a requirement to develop a layout on SharePoint online page where a OneNote template is to be used as a whiteboard for briefing the information and the same information gets saved for that particular day. Likewise, these briefing has to be saved for everyday. This page will appear in a touch screen tv and the person can used digital pen/stylus to write on that whiteboard. 

Is it possible to add a OneNote template page or section or notebook as a webpart to the SharePoint online page and which webpart to be used in such case?
