We are testing VIVA Insight on Microsoft CDX demo environment.
Regarding the My Team tab and My Team settings, I have noticed one “connection” which I don’t fully understand.
3. In VIVA Insight web personal insight I can see these users and reports related to these users.
4. From MS Teams, after selecting My Teams tab I can see only basic personal insight functionalities but without any reports related to the team.
5. After selecting for Megan option that ‘I don’t lead the team’
7. I cannot see the details of the report. Details are empty.
As a Manager I can see reports related to my team but only part of the reports are available from VIVA Insight WEB Personal Insight, but not the My Team tab.
As a non-Manager I can see reports from My Team tab but for which users as I am not a Manager.

SolutionHi @VI_Migration, I heard back from the product team, and this is what they said, "When using Personal Insights you can manage any team, and this is working as expected. But group insights should either be hidden if not eligible or show insights if eligible so you may be experiencing a weird bug." I recommend that you create a Microsoft support engagement using the following options:

Hello @VI_Migration You said you are testing viva insight in CDX. I don't see any demo tenant with proper viva insights premium. What model are you using ? Thanks
