      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been tasked with evaluating Viva to potentially displace a few products we currently use. One of those is TinyPulse. I can see that Viva Pulse absolutely replaces the survey function, but we have a particular requirement of the Praise function that I can't find.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once a month we do a 'spin the wheel' of everyone who has sent praise, and another of everyone who receives praise. If your name is picked then you get a small prize - wine, beer or chocolate, or an Amazon voucher if none of that appeals. To do that, the leadership need to know who has sent and who has received praise. They don't necessarily need to know what the praise was (although that would be nice). Is there any way to do this with Viva Insights Praise?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;From the blurb:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Join on time rate&lt;/STRONG&gt; = &lt;EM&gt;Join on time rate measures the percentage of Teams meetings where the person joined early or within five minutes of the meeting’s scheduled start time.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone explain exactly how 'join on time rate' is calculated in Viva Insights? Our current team of ~60 people is reported to be just 43% !! However, when we asked people for their individual numbers they were typically around the 85-95% region.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Our organization has the Viva insights license included with E5 plan assigned to all users for several months already.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 days ago I purchased a premium Viva Insights license and assigned it to one account with business leader and analyst roles. However that account cannot see anything different in the insights app (only sees personal analytics) and in the advanced analytics app it tells that 10 licenses must be assigned before using the system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does this mean that the Viva insights license included with E5 is not sufficient to get organization wide analytics and that all employees must have a premium license as well?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have some questions about this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) For manager digest email, can a manager see extra things include in the digest email related to their managed employees? If yes, what are the extra information included for the team he managed? Any sample screenshots?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) Can we customize digest email? If yes, how can it be done?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3) For person with Leader Insights role, will they receive a separate digest mail as well to show the info related to organizational or department view?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Team&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We currently produce exco packs (using advanced analytics) to our Group Exco and report on the Permanent staff insights only (we filter out contractors &amp;amp; service vendors). We have worked with our HR Leads find this to be a richer slice of what is happening with staff in the bank.&amp;nbsp;NB. We have a filter on the Ways of working dashboard and custom dashboards that allows business leads to select Perm or contract etc. We still require this view on advanced analytics.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have launched Viva Manager insights and soon will be launching Viva Leader insights. These insights however account for the full staff compliment = Perm, contractor etc) and as a result will reflect a different outcome.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Is there a way that we could filter out Contractors etc for Viva Manager &amp;amp; Viva Leader view or&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;or Display a filter on Viva Manager to allow the relevant manager to filter Perm and contractor.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanking you in advance&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can a user be assigned to 2 different plans for VIVA Insights?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to add a user to a second plan for example a Wellbeing plan, I am getting the following error: "&lt;SPAN&gt;### of users are already in a Plan&lt;/SPAN&gt;" for me this makes sense, however there's no documentation stating this is the correct behavior or not.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
