Company reporting on Praise

I've been tasked with evaluating Viva to potentially displace a few products we currently use. One of those is TinyPulse. I can see that Viva Pulse absolutely replaces the survey function, but we have a particular requirement of the Praise function that I can't find.

Once a month we do a 'spin the wheel' of everyone who has sent praise, and another of everyone who receives praise. If your name is picked then you get a small prize - wine, beer or chocolate, or an Amazon voucher if none of that appeals. To do that, the leadership need to know who has sent and who has received praise. They don't necessarily need to know what the praise was (although that would be nice). Is there any way to do this with Viva Insights Praise?

Meeting habits on Teams Platform

How is 'join on time' calculated?

From the blurb:
Join on time rate = Join on time rate measures the percentage of Teams meetings where the person joined early or within five minutes of the meeting’s scheduled start time.

Can anyone explain exactly how 'join on time rate' is calculated in Viva Insights? Our current team of ~60 people is reported to be just 43% !! However, when we asked people for their individual numbers they were typically around the 85-95% region. So why is the teams 'join on time rate' so low?

I'd like to know the calculations and rules that are applied to make sense of this.

Issue: Meeting attendance habit

When viewing meeting habits, Meeting attendance reflects as not good. I went into "meeting details" to understand which meetings contribute to poor attendance Our Stand-ups came up as "no" however we know we attend most/all stand-ups, and the meeting is accepted in our calendars. When checking tracking on invites though we found that tracking comes up as non.

Why are accepted meetings coming up as Nonresponse?
Are meeting accepted however response not sent calculated as "Accepted meeting?

Hello Mates, There is a case on Viva Insight on manager view, it display same as personal view on the interface.

Could anyone help me ASAP what's most possible step missing?

btw, Viva Analytic runs well at the moment , data runs fine?

Please let me know what else triggered to "activate" manger view? million thanks.

Team meeting habits

Hi! I am reading in learn about Viva insigths that you can as a manager see your team's meeting habits under the productivity tab. However managers in our company, with more than 10 direct reports and manager insights switched on, can't see this at all. We cant find any metrics about his team really,, except for 1:1 meetings. Do you know what metrics and features you can see as team-insights in current Viva Insights?

We uploaded organization data, and we have managers who has 9+ direct reports (uploaded in org data and licenced). However they still can not see some of the people in their teams, in the teams, viva insights application in the direct reports.

Organization analytics licensing needs

Hello,

Our organization has the Viva insights license included with E5 plan assigned to all users for several months already.

4 days ago I purchased a premium Viva Insights license and assigned it to one account with business leader and analyst roles. However that account cannot see anything different in the insights app (only sees personal analytics) and in the advanced analytics app it tells that 10 licenses must be assigned before using the system.

Does this mean that the Viva insights license included with E5 is not sufficient to get organization wide analytics and that all employees must have a premium license as well?

Difference of Manager Digest Email vs Personal Digest Email

Understand that users will receive personal digest email twice a month. Have some questions about this.

1) For manager digest email, can a manager see extra things include in the digest email related to their managed employees? If yes, what are the extra information included for the team he managed? Any sample screenshots?

2) Can we customize digest email? If yes, how can it be done?

3) For person with Leader Insights role, will they receive a separate digest mail as well to show the info related to organizational or department view?

Filter out contractors for Viva Manager & Leader

Hello Team

We currently produce exco packs (using advanced analytics) to our Group Exco and report on the Permanent staff insights only (we filter out contractors & service vendors). We have worked with our HR Leads find this to be a richer slice of what is happening with staff in the bank. NB. We have a filter on the Ways of working dashboard and custom dashboards that allows business leads to select Perm or contract etc. We still require this view on advanced analytics.

We have launched Viva Manager insights and soon will be launching Viva Leader insights. These insights however account for the full staff compliment = Perm, contractor etc) and as a result will reflect a different outcome.

Is there a way that we could filter out Contractors etc for Viva Manager & Viva Leader view or
or Display a filter on Viva Manager to allow the relevant manager to filter Perm and contractor.

Can a user be assigned to 2 different plans for VIVA Insights?

When trying to add a user to a second plan for example a Wellbeing plan, I am getting the following error: "### of users are already in a Plan" for me this makes sense, however there's no documentation stating this is the correct behavior or not.

This doc indicates Group Manager Insights access is determined by the direct reports in "Azure Active Directory or the uploaded organizational data file.":

Based on my testing and other available docs, the Group Manager Insights cannot be determined based on the attributes of the Organizational Data File, only on the hierarchy from Azure Active Directory.

Can we get some clarification on this?
