MS-721 for Instructor-Led Training Gets a Refresh
We’re excited to announce a major update to the MS-721 Instructor-Led Training (ILT) course, going live on July 11, 2025. This update brings significant enhancements across course content, labs, and delivery materials to better align with evolving collaboration and communication needs in Microsoft Teams.
What’s Changing?
🛠️General Updates
- Course Duration: The ILT course will now span 5 days, allowing for deeper engagement and hands-on learning.
- Updated Course Title: MS-721T00: Plan, configure, and manage collaboration communications systems with Microsoft Teams
📚Content Enhancements
- New Module Added: A new module titled “Configure BYOD spaces and bookable desks” will be added to Learning Path 2 on Microsoft Learn.
- General Content Refresh: All Microsoft Learn modules and learning paths for MS-721 will receive content updates to reflect the latest features and best practices.
🖥️PowerPoint Updates
- All PowerPoint presentations will be updated to align with the revised course content and new lab scenarios.
🧪Lab Improvements
- New Lab Virtual Machine:
A new VM image, MS721-SH3, will be introduced to support scenarios involving Microsoft Teams Rooms on Windows devices. - New Labs Added:
- Lab 5: Manage Microsoft Teams Devices
- Lab 6: Manage Microsoft Teams Premium
