Lost Access to Authenticator

Hi All, 

Please help, I'm the only one who has the admin privilege of Office365-E1 but since I lost my Mobile phone (which has the MS Authenticator installed), I cannot access to my account, and the stupid thing is I haven't enroll my mobile phone number as my authenticator method.


Please someone help

Hi @RolanLubis,

Do you perhaps have a CSP partner that provides you with the licenses? If yes, they should be able to restore access to your account. If not, I would suggest you contact Microsoft by phone to verify the ownership of a tenant:

Thank you for you helpful advised.


What I've done was contacting the partner and asked them to raise a Microsoft incident ticket related my issue and then 15-20 minutes later the Partner informed me to try again to login and setting the Authenticator. All good now...
