When I go to app password generation page. It keep giving me this message. It is 3 days already. What should I do? or where should I report my problem?

Seems to work fine for me. They had an issue with multi-language settings few weeks back, but from the screenshot it looks like you are using it in English, so that should not be the problem. I guess you should open a support case.
