Something went wrong
I am trying to check our grant status in the grant hub and I receive the following error. Every time I have tried to contact MS Support directly the phone AI suggests a useless web page and hangs up. I cannot even tell if they are still considering me for a grant or not. My high school robotics team would like to use MS Planner for our project management.

If you’re still in the validation stage, you may need to provide additional information to complete your registration. However, you may need to reference the codes when creating a support ticket. This issue can also arise from having multiple Microsoft Accounts. The browser uses Single-Sign-On (SSO) to sign you into the most recently used account. To check if the correct account is signed in, click on the avatar icon in the top right corner. To avoid this problem, try logging in using an incognito or private browser window.
