Something went wrong

I am trying to check our grant status in the grant hub and I receive the following error.  Every time I have tried to contact MS Support directly the phone AI suggests a useless web page and hangs up.  I cannot even tell if they are still considering me for a grant or not.  My high school robotics team would like to use MS Planner for our project management.

  • Hi KoupDaug,

My name is Margaret Farmer, and I’m here to help. The 920 error (code 920-123190) can occur for several reasons, often related to nonprofit eligibility. If you’re still in the validation stage, you may need to provide additional information to complete your registration.  However, you may need to reference the codes when creating a support ticket. For more information, please refer to the image below for more details.

This issue can also arise from having multiple Microsoft Accounts. The browser uses Single-Sign-On (SSO) to sign you into the most recently used account. To check if the correct account is signed in, click on the avatar icon in the top right corner. To avoid this problem, try logging in using an incognito or private browser window.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience you’ve experienced with support. The best way to contact nonprofit support is by filling out the form to be contacted by a Nonprofit Support Engineer, who will be assigned to your ticket and help resolve the issue. If you have the ticket number, I can escalate it on your behalf.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Have a wonderful day!
