FSLogix Breaks IE Compatibility Mode

Latest version breaks IE compatibility mode in Edge. Loading a website that is meant to run in IE5 compatability works in 2.9.8228.50276 but upgrade to 2.9.8361.52326 and the same website, no other changes, will only load in IE11 compatability.
