This started a couple days ago, but none of our users are able to clock into any shifts using the Teams/Shifts app on iPhones or iPads. They press/hold the clock-in button, it spins, and returns w/out clocking them in. Seems to be affecting all users on all shifts. I have verified that it does work on Android mobile, Windows Teams app, and the web app - seems to just be iOS/iPadOS devices affected. I reported the issue to Microsoft via the Admin portal, and it was closed with "no issue found". 🤷 Can someone out there be kind enough to try it on their end so I can see if it's just limited to our tenant/environment? Hi, I was wondering whether there was a way to set up Teams Shifts in a way that everyone can manage their own Shifts (add, edit, etc.) and see other members' shifts without managing them. Kind of like having viewer permissions only for other members' shifts and complete access to mine. Thank you very much! Hi, I think I know the answer already but just needed a sanity check. Scenario: A company has two retail stores (StoreA and StoreB) and each of these stores has 5 permanent employees. Setting up Shifts in Teams I've created 2 Teams, one called StoreA and the other StoreB and added the permanent employees of each store to the the relevant team. Now the tricky bit, the company has 2 employees that move between the two stores. Again both of these employees have been added to each of the Teams. The issue is that I can easily double book an employee as there doesn't seem to be any availability checking if the shift has been allocated in a different Team. I can kinda understand why but also this scenario can't be unique so I would have expected something to be in place to prevent or at least warn the user? Hi everyone, We manage our holiday, sickness and rest days in a HR system outside of MS Teams. We have the option to export from this system in Excel format. We are managing our team rota using Team Shifts and would like to import our teams holiday into this. Is there anyway we can do this using the import function on Shifts? At the moment it only gives us suggestions to put in a working shift pattern and I can't see the suggestion to put in holiday. Many thanks, James6.1KViews0likes1CommentRestricting the View of Shifts in Teams
Greetings, When using shifts, how can I restrict the view so team members aren't allow to see the reason for the request off? I have attempted just sharing the approved shift with the only that employee however the entire team can still see all the details when they switch their view. With HIPAA, I must keep the reasons an employee is asking off confidential. All the apps I looked at do not have a restricted view, there has to be something available or some type of permission setting I am missing. Please help, I need an option of this nature to reduce the emails and to simplify time off requests. Thank you in advance for any help you may provide. DMB1.1KViews0likes0Comments
