Restricting the View of Shifts in Teams

Greetings,

When using shifts, how can I restrict the view so team members aren't allow to see the reason for the request off?  I have attempted just sharing the approved shift with the only that employee however the entire team can still see all the details when they switch their view. 

With HIPAA, I must keep the reasons an employee is asking off confidential.  All the apps I looked at do not have a restricted view, there has to be something available or some type of permission setting I am missing.  

Please help, I need an option of this nature to reduce the emails and to simplify time off requests.
