Can't Save or download Photo from Teams to iPhone Photos
If I open the share options in Teams for a jpg photo, it does not show an option to "Save" the photo. I need to save it to my iOS Photos, but cannot. Any help greatly appreciated! I am on an iPhone 11 Pro Max, running the latest iOS 13 software and the most up to date Teams app.
iOS issue uploading photos to files
Hello! We are having some issues uploading photos under the files tab in Teams. It looks like it's uploading and we get no error message but the file never appears. I get an email notification saying that there's a new file with the name~tmpBFXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.jpg in the library but there's no file. I've tried changing the photo format to .jpeg and turned off live photos but to no avail. If you post a photo in the 'Posts' page it works fine. Anyone experienced something similar? iOS: 13.6.1 Teams: 2.0.20
