Teams Background Effects very glitchy and lagging with just a gray screen!!!
I have very fast internet, but the background effects just won't load properly. I can see them in the selection panel, but when I select one it immediately makes the video super lagging. Why is this the case and how to I fix it? Also, note that I have an Microsoft SurfaceBook 3 (i7, 1TB, 32 gb RAM) so should be fast enough right? Thanks for any advice. Ronnie
Background effects screen is super slow to load and can't select an option
The apply background effects screen is stuck loading for a long time every time I open it, then when it opens I can't seem to make a background selection I can only select No background or Blur. The other items highlight in yellow but when clicked, nothing happens. What would be wrong?
"Add Background" button not appearing
Hey all, I'm using Teams on my 2017 Macbook Pro running Catalina v10.15.6, trying to add custom backgrounds to my calls. In the past I've been able to use any image as a background, however, the + button isn't appearing at all as of recently. Is there any way I can get it back? I've tried adding photos to the Uploads folder, but nothing in the said folder even shows in my background selection. Any advice? Thank you in advance!
Teams Background Effects missing
Hello! I have a School using Teams. Some of these Users are able to click on "Background Effects" and change the Background of a Video Convernce. Others have only "Background Blurr". I tried to install the exact same Version of Teams on these Accounts but no difference. What do I have to do to use Pictures as Background? greetings
